Real Estate Copywriting – Property Listing (with onsite visit)
A lush and leafy acreage brimming with delightful discoveries. I wrote this ad for the Sales Agent after an onsite visit and walk through with the vendor. This property was only on the market for 2 weeks, had 26 inspections and 3 competing offers before selling over asking price.
